Other amenities include a tank-less water heater, 1 Gb/s internet providing ample bandwidth for the 4k TVs with Roku in all rooms, and a back-up generator that automatically turns on to keep the air conditioning or heater going if the power goes out.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. This lakefront home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about 7 miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. As a reservoir owned by PG&E, Bass Lake reaches it’s peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered to 50% during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.
