Inviting lake-view home with boat slip, lovely deck, gas grill, & games - dog-friendly

This large home has been remodeled from top to bottom, and there are great views from the top story, as well as a large wraparound deck. The living room, dining, and kitchen areas are in an open space on the main floor, with a TV and a wall of windows opening out onto the deck. The kitchen has new stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two tables and bar seating to enjoy meals. New sofas upstairs and downstairs add plenty of comfort.

The main bedroom has a new king-sized bed, a bathroom, and its own deck. The downstairs has a game room with a fireplace and a large alcove for reading or sleeping. There’s also a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a gas grill on the deck.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer and is lowered by 50 percent annually during the fall and winter months. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season and rain and snowfall.
