The home is comfortable and casual, with a knotty pine interior and lots of windows to view the lake.
The living room features a stone fireplace with a wood stove insert, flat screen TV, and wood-paneled walls. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen has a large island with 5 bar seats. The upstairs bedroom opens to a balcony. There’s also a clothes washer and dryer.
Outside, there’s plenty of room for kids to play in the grass yard, as well as a brick patio, built-in barbecue, and table seating for 8.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks.
The town of Oakhurst is about 7 miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. As a reservoir owned by PG&E, Bass Lake reaches it’s peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered to 50% during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.
Pets are not allowed at this vacation home.
